Joe Accordino
CO-FOUNDER
Joe spent 10 years at ESPN, where he played a key role in producing some of the biggest events in sports, including Monday Night Football, the World Cup, and the PGA Championship. He won an Emmy Award in 2020 and has been profiled in publications such as The Ringer and USA Today.
Since co-founding Athlos, Joe has guided more than 60 junior golfers through the college golf recruiting process and into programs that align with both their individual game and personal goals.

Brad Marek
CO-FOUNDER
Brad played professionally for nearly a decade before becoming a PGA of America Teaching Professional. He made the cut at the 2021 PGA Championship and recently competed in the 2024 PGA Championship. A 3-Time NCAA Academic All-American at Indiana University, he has taught junior golfers since 2017, focusing on technique and player development.
Brad brings a player's perspective to every recruiting conversation, understanding what college coaches seek in recruits.

Amberlynn Dorsey
COACH
Amberlynn was an All-American at the University of Redlands, leading the program to D3 Nationals for the first time in school history. She is a PGA Member and earned her MBA in Executive Management from the University of Redlands. Before joining Athlos, Amberlynn spent six years at the SCPGA Jr. Tour, most recently as Assistant Junior Golf Director.
She deeply understands the junior golf recruiting landscape and brings that experience to every client she works with.
