Meet Amberlynn Dorsey

Amberlynn Dorsey played college golf at the University of Redlands, where she earned All-American honors and helped lead the program to D3 Nationals for the first time in the school’s history. She graduated with an MBA in Executive Management from Redlands and went on to earn her PGA membership, specializing in Teaching and Coaching.

Before working at Athlos, Amberlynn spent six years with the SCPGA Junior Tour, where she became the Assistant Junior Golf Director. In this role, she helped young golfers and their families understand the junior golf scene. She also coached for First Tee during that time.

She understands the junior golf world from every angle: as a player who went through the recruiting process herself, as a coach who has developed junior golfers at the organizational level, and now as a recruiting coach at Athlos.

When Amberlynn works with a student, she draws on all of that knowledge. She knows what college golf looks like from the inside and what it takes for a junior golfer to stand out from the crowd.
